ITMP Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Immediately – All Sales Final
At ITMP, every product in our store is crafted, curated, or fulfilled with intention — whether physical, digital, or experiential. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all merchandise, digital downloads, custom items, apparel, event services, and accessories sold via our Shopify store.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business and the custom, on-demand, or digital nature of many of our products:

We do not accept returns for any reason.

We do not process exchanges, even for sizing or color issues.

We do not issue refunds unless a rare exception is approved by our internal compliance review team.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there was a fulfillment error, please contact our Compliance Team within 48 hours of delivery.

While all sales remain final, we will do our best to evaluate and resolve rare cases of damage or error.
European Union Orders
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period for non-custom products.
If you are ordering a pre-built DJ console, you may cancel and return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided the console is:

Unused and in original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged via email at contact@itmp.com before the return is accepted.
Custom-built or made-to-order DJ consoles are exempt from this return window and are considered final sale under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
